RETABLE LIMITED (“we” or “us”) provides the Retable service, the Retable plugin market as well as other online products and services (collectively “Retable”). By using Retable, you agree to these Terms and the use of your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Retable.
If you use Retable on behalf of an organisation (i.e., a public entity or an enterprise), you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organisation and warrant that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on the organisation’s behalf. In that case, “you” and “your” refers to this organisation.
The Terms may be updated by us without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is always available at https://retable.io/terms-of-service. We recommend you come back to this site regularly to review the Terms. We will inform you about material changes to the Terms at our discretion by e-mail or notification. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, discontinue using Retable immediately. By continuing to use Retable without objection for more than 6 weeks after receipt of the updated Terms, you agree to the updated Terms. The right of both parties to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.
Operation and Hosting
Retable, whose access and use are governed in these Terms, is operated by RETABLE LIMITED has its registered office in S&F, Myworkspot Clyde House, Reform Road, Maidenhead, United Kingdom, SL6 8BY
Retable Services are hosted at Amazon Web Services in London, United Kingdom. We rely on the resources of the developer to maintain the software. This also applies to dedicated Retable systems.
Retable is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms do not transfer to you any right, ownership or interest in intellectual property.
Registration
Using Retable requires registration. (An unregistered person can only obtain read-only access to data shared by a registered user.) Registration is generally done through the website at https://retable.io.
When registering, you must enter the required registration information. This includes first and last name, e-mail address and password.
To confirm your registration, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address entered during registration. This mail contains a link. By clicking this link, you complete the registration.
Corporate customers can also register via an order form. Please contact the sales team at sales@retable.io.
User Accounts
Access to user accounts is protected by at least one factor (e.g. user password).
You are responsible for safeguarding your Retable login credentials. Make sure that your credentials – accidentally or by error – do not fall into the wrong hands. Do not disclose or share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that one or more other unauthorised persons have access to your user account, change your credentials immediately.
You are responsible for all activity on your user account or actions carried out by your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must immediately notify us by e-mail to info@retable.io of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions
Retable is offered on a subscription basis. The available services and resources depend on the selected subscription.
With the registration, you conclude a free subscription with us. With a free subscription, you can test and evaluate Retable and use it for personal and commercial purposes only restricted by the functional and resource limits of the free subscription.
Upgrades to paid subscriptions are possible at any time from within the user account. Upon upgrade, the resources of the higher subscription are immediately available.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to maintain the highest possible uptime for Retable. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Certain technical difficulties, maintenance or testing, or updates required to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions.
Our services rely on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and any interruptions, limitations, or adverse effects on AWS services may affect the availability and functionality of Retable. We reserve the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Service, with advance notice where possible, all without liability to you, except where prohibited by law, for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service or any function or feature thereof.
User Termination and Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to Retable, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, if we believe the user is violating our Fair Usage Policy. The Fair Usage Policy is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our products by a small number of users.
Retable may not be used in any way that:
Consumes excessive network capacity with the number of users or the capacity of the service tier subscribed to,
Overburdens our servers,
Interferes with the normal functioning of the service, or
Otherwise constitutes misuse.
Users are expected to use the service reasonably and we reserve the right to throttle or block users who are using an unreasonable amount of network resources.
Lifetime Deals
Lifetime deals are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of each specific agreement. Lifetime subscriptions are valid for the lifetime of the product. Should any lifetime subscription holder violate our Terms of Service, including the User Termination and Fair Usage Policy, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement without any refund. By purchasing a lifetime deal, you agree to these conditions.
Support
Support for the subscriptions is available through online channels like chat inside the website and through Discord or support. We strive to assist to the best of our abilities, however, Retable does not guarantee a time-based response unless you are under another enterprise or special agreement.
