ChatGPT-4o integration

You can now use Retable's GPT column type with ChatGPT-4o. So, you can strengthen your spreadsheets with the most advanced version of ChatGPT.

Let's see how it works!

Log in to your Open AI account by going to platform.openai.com address
Go to the API keys tab from your profile or go to platform.openai.com/api-keys address
Click the "Create new secret key" button and give a name to your API key
You can now use this API key by adding it to the Retable's GPT column
Create a GPT column
Choose the GPT-4o model
Paste your API Key
Write your prompt
Save your column

Authorization extensions for the trial users

We are thrilled to announce that we have expanded the capabilities for our trial users. Now, trial users can experience more features of Retable's team plan!

Here’s what’s new for trial users:

Invite your team: Add your teammates to your organization and collaborate seamlessly.
Organization customization: Access and utilize the full range of organizational customization options.

Workspace and project sharing updates

We are pleased to announce a significant update to the workspace and project collaboration feature in Retable.

You can no longer grant owner or editor permissions to free or unregistered users outside your organization. These users can now only be invited with viewer permission to your projects and workspaces.
For those with an organization in Retable, you can invite members with customized permissions, ensuring that each organization member has the appropriate level of access based on their role and responsibilities.
You can continue to grant owner and editor permissions to users who have an individual paid plan, even if they are not part of your organization.

We have optimized the event planning template, which the Retable team loves to use, for you and have published a video tutorial explaining how you can benefit from this template. By using Retable’s event planning spreadsheet template, you can ease your event planning procedure and keep everything in one place.
