Retable is designed to make life easier for everyone. That’s why the team has put together a series of pre-made templates to help those who are new to the platform or wary of technology. The templates cover a wide variety of general use cases and are a great way to get accustomed to using online spreadsheets. Templates are sorted into categories such as Marketing, HR & Recruiting etc and can be added using simple dropdown menus.

For those who are more familiar with Retable, templates can be edited to suit your purposes. You can also make sure data and information systems are regularly updated by setting reminders for you or your staff.

Automation: the Intelligent Way to Work

Automation enables you to configure custom trigger-action workflows directly within your Retable base. An automation consists of a trigger followed by one or more actions to help make all data valuable and usable. It can prevent the need for individuals to complete repetitive admin tasks. This serves to eliminate the risk of human error while enabling human resources to focus on other tasks where their skills are put to better use.

Automations improve efficiency and help ensure individuals are constantly engaged in work that adds value by aiding communication, preventing repetition of tasks and reducing the margin for errors. They can also be set to retrieve all relevant files stored on the database following an update or ensure certain reports are automatically generated at a certain time (e.g. every Monday morning).

The trash function allows to restore tables, views, projects and workspaces that have been deleted.
